Recipe: 🥦 Broccoli Almond Soup (PCOS & Diabetes Friendly)
Why this soup is good for PCOS? “It’s not just soup — it’s broccoli, almonds, turmeric, and cinnamon working together to balance hormones, support your liver, and stabilize blood sugar. ”Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli support healthy liver detox: they enhance Phase I and balance Phase II detoxification, helping your body flush toxins naturally through enzymes like cytochrome P450.”
